Videography. An absolute art and something I admire greatly. As a photographer I take as much inspiration from cinematographers as I do photographers. A well shot film can transcend its content (i.e. I can enjoy a rubbish film if it looks amazing). There are, like in every other field, good and bad...
Glasgow has so much to offer when it comes to running around the city having fun and looking cool doing it - Brittany and Skyler's shoot around town with Rooftop Mosaic shows off just some of the places we love... Raving about Scotland's best weddings, and the inspiration around them.
Welcome to Braw Brides! My name is Heather and this is my blog about the best of Scotland's weddings. It's a great place to find inspiration for your own wedding, or just to have a nosy!
Braw Brides has been around for a few years, but we've relaunched with a new site in time for the 2016 wedding season, and there's lots of new stuff to get excited about! We'll have some monthly contributions from Emma Brady and Euan Robertson, who are going to be blogging their experiences as they plan their respective weddings! Also, the entire blog is now a fully tagged and searchable resource, which means it's a great place to research different interpretations of your own wedding styles.
We're also putting together a great community of Scottish suppliers (#teamBB!) who are eager to help you make your wedding day perfect. We're assembling a great list of trusted, high quality and friendly suppliers to give you inspiration, hopefully championing some lesser known but high quality suppliers in the process.
I'd love to hear from you about your own wedding plans, and to help out in any way I can, so don't be shy about getting in touch to chat weddings!

Renowned as a premier wedding venue, its bridal & honeymoon suite is the hotel’s Boatshed, lapped by the loch waters and gazing out to the hotel’s private island.
Crowned Scotland’s Best Baker 2014 and preferred supplier to Cameron House, Sonnda’s bespoke wedding cakes, pâtisserie and favours look like fine art, with tastes and textures to match! Let her take you on a tasting and design journey, wherever your imagination leads, for an exquisite creation that will stun you and your guests.
Hi, I am Robert, the filmmaker behind MacDonald Studio. I love making wedding films. I love the idea of losing yourself in a great film. So, I combine that idea with a beautiful memory and create immersive and emotional love stories. I’m also an expert camera ninja and love to work in the shadows.
