- Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter?
Facebook without a doubt, for business and pleasure. I'm an addict! (Also reddit!)
- Glasgow or Edinburgh?
This a serious question? Glasgow, obv.
- Biggest achievement?
I've been self employed for five years and not died of starvation. I'm going to class that as a win. I've also successfully evolved my hairline over the years through sheer willpower, in a successful effort to save money on shampoo.
- Scottish Wedding Venue?
I like Glasgow, and in Glasgow I like: Oran Mor, Arta, Pollokshields Burgh Hall, Cottiers. I'd like to find some way of getting married in a cinema.
- Wedding traditions or anything goes?
New stuff, new stuff, new stuff. I'm all for doing things your way. Anything goes. You can literally do anything on your wedding day.
- Five dream dinner party guests?
Easy: Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder, Nile Rodgers, Louis Johnson, and Prince, all with instruments. They jam, I cook.
- What would you cook them?
Chicken and prawn cha han, with some tempura veg to start. AKA: the only thing I know how to cook.
- Last book you read?
I read books about things like analytics and social media and all that fun stuff.
- Favourite film?
This is absurdly difficult to answer. Silence of the Lambs, The Tree of Life, Zodiac, Inception, Inglourious Basterds. On the related subject: check out Every Frame a Painting on YouTube for film geekery!
- Guilty pleasure?
My incredibly guilty pleasure is WWE wrestling. You're not going to tell anyone, right?
- Favourite first dance song?
That would be telling! I'm saving that for the big day. Favourites I've seen used at real weddings: Dancing In The Dark, Make It Wit Chu, Let's Stay Together, You Never Can Tell.
- Old, new, borrowed or blue?
New new new new new new. Wait, old. But done in a new way.
- Wedding dress or wedding shoes?
I'm not sure I understand the question.
- Aspiring to be?
A slightly more successful version of this thing I am right now. Screenwriter would have been nice also.
- Ceremony or reception?
All about the reception.
- One piece of wedding planning advice?
Aye, get married and then have your reception in one singular place.
- One piece of wedding day advice?
Relax - there's literally nothing on the day worth stressing over, because it's done. Anything that goes wrong will go wrong. And it'll still be fine.
