Jennifer and Craig were married on 11th March at WEST Brewery; they were planning their wedding for just over a year. Big thanks to Gail + David from Rooftop Mosaic for sharing their images of a beautifully wet Glasgow wedding. You can catch them on their website, Facebook and Instagram.

"We felt that the building had loads of character and we loved its relaxed and informal atmosphere. I loved spending hours on Pinterest looking at any thing wedding related!"

"Generally Craig was happy for me to make a lot of the decisions, especially when it came to things like invitations, flowers and decor. He was very involved in the bigger things like choosing the venue, photographer and band. Luckily we are both pretty easy going so there was little disagreement during the whole planning process."

"Luckily I found my dress relatively easily but ended up with something different from what I had planned. I got my dress in Karen Elizabeth Bridal which was a lovely wee shop in Glasgow. I loved how it was just one customer at a time so it was less intimidating when trying dresses on. My dress was very simple, with a cowl back and slight detail at the neckline and waist. It was very important that I felt like me in the dress and that it was comfortable so that I could dance."

"We both loved the dancing in the evening as this was when we could really let their hair down. We particularly enjoyed the ceilidh dancing as this got everyone up on the dance floor. Unfortunately it was cut short when we had to be briefly evacuated when the fire alarm went off and the fire brigade showed up... this still makes us laugh!"

"One of my bridesmaids mum and dad grew all of our wedding flowers in their garden as a wedding present for us. They did all the table center pieces, bouquets, and button holes and I loved how they turned out. At one point we were worried that the flowers wouldn’t grow as it was a particularly cold February, but luckily they ended up better than I ever could have hoped for."

"I remember having and great time and smiling a lot."

"Try not to worry about everything being perfect on the day as there are bound to be some hiccups. You are best just to go with the flow and focus on having fun with family and friends."
